JusPlay Indoor Playgrounds

First time coming here with my 3 year old son. Sydney who helped us check in was so friendly and nice. Felt the price for the hour was also very fair in comparison to a lot of play places we’ve been to. Also appreciated that the washrooms were very clean and the place structures looked sanitized and well cared for. Will definitely come back.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at JusPlay and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was ready to go — the party room was beautifully set up and completely stress-free. As a busy working mom of four, I really appreciated the turnkey experience. I was able to actually enjoy the party instead of running around managing details. Sydney, our party helper, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Joel assisted me over the phone with the booking and was so professional and helpful, which immediately put me at ease during the planning process. The facility itself was very clean, and I especially appreciate that they close at certain times to properly sanitize — something every parent can value. Even the cleaning staff were delightful and welcoming. We did have one small hiccup with a décor item upon arrival, but management stepped in right away and handled it seamlessly. It was resolved quickly and professionally — truly above-and-beyond service. Most importantly, every single child had an absolute blast. The energy, excitement, and smiles said it all. The pricing is very reasonable for everything you receive, especially considering the exceptional service. Thank you, JusPlay, for making my son’s birthday so special and memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to any parent looking for a smooth, fun, and unforgettable celebration!

Hosted our 2 year old's birthday here. Very happy with the experience. The venue handled all the decorations, food, utensils, etc. All we had to do was show up with the birthday cake. The playground was great too. Our kids and guests had a good time. Happy to come back here one day.

We had such a fantastic time at this indoor play gym! The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The play structures are large and amazing – so much to explore and keep the kids entertained for hours! They offer a lot of variety of areas for babies, toddlers and bigger kids. The slides were a huge hit.. and the fun, colourful decor really added to the excitement. On top of that, the service was great, with everything running smoothly and clean. Even the bathroom experience is well-thought-out.. they have slippers to use so you don’t have to go in with just socks on, and there’s built-in potty seats on the toilets and step stools in every bathroom for the little ones. Definitely a must-visit for any family looking for a fun and safe place for kids to play! Highly recommend!

We visited this place today and it was an incredible experience for us . For a toddler it's a very precious and valuable place to spend 2hrs . It's an indoor play area All play area felt safe as all bars , floors are padded with soft materials and meshes. The meshes give parents a view to the children. As a parent it's much helpful for us . The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also there is a small cafe with muffins , cakes , nuguts , fries etc .
