GAME OVER Escape Rooms Mississauga

I’ve been to GAME OVER Escape Room in Mississauga twice now, and both visits were absolutely wonderful! The first time was with my colleagues where we tackled Murder on the Orient Express Room and we had such a fun, engaging experience that I couldn’t wait to come back. Recently, my husband and I decided to try the Atlantis room, just the two of us. Yes, doing an escape room as a pair was definitely challenging, but completely doable and so rewarding! The rooms are beautifully themed, immersive, and full of clever puzzles that keep you thinking and laughing the whole time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our game master was attentive, patient, and gave helpful clues without ever rushing us, which made the experience even better. We had a grand old time both visits and highly recommend GAME OVER Escape Room Mississauga to anyone looking for a well-designed, fun, and memorable escape adventure!

We tried out the escape rooms here on the same day by doing the Atlantis one and then the Magic one after. The experience was fun and immersive with the rooms being so delightfully in sync with its themes. The puzzles were fun and interesting. The customer service here was excellent! At no point were we rushed and when needed, they provided help! We want to shout out Roshan as he was very patient with us including humouring us with the number of photos we asked for! 🤣 Thank you, Game Over! We had a blast!

We recently visited GAME OVER Escape Rooms as a group of seven. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations, especially given the cost. At over $350 for our group, we felt the experience was overpriced for what was delivered. The Haunted Mansion escape room follows a very linear progression, meaning you can only solve one puzzle at a time. With seven participants, it was almost impossible for everyone to be actively engaged. At times, 3–7 people were simply standing around waiting, as there were no multiple or unrelated puzzles to work on concurrently. In our opinion, this room should not be booked for more than four people if you want everyone to meaningfully participate. Additionally, some of the puzzles felt overly far-fetched and extremely difficult to solve without requesting clues. While we understand that escape rooms are meant to be challenging, the level of obscurity reduced the overall enjoyment. One member of our group has considerable experience with escape rooms and mentioned this was one of her least favourite experiences. Overall, we left feeling that the price did not reflect the level of engagement or entertainment provided.

Did Atlantis and had a great time, so we did A Thousand Nights right after. Both rooms were fun and engaging. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had Julie as our game master for both and her clues were clear and helpful, and she was genuinely so nice. Overall, we honestly had a great experience and would definitely recommend. I will be back. Thank you guys!

We did the Arabian nights themed room. Awesome experience. Both me and my wife were blown away by the quality of the props and devices. The puzzles were challenging and the hint screen is a great touch. It's nice to go to an escape room place and deal with staff that are enthusiastic and look like they love their jobs. We will be back for sure.
