Air Riderz Mississauga - Kids Indoor Playground & Birthday Party Place

I am blown away with how amazingly smooth every single thing went. I felt as though I could relax, and every thing was taken care of. We had forgotten our candles, and Air Riderz came prepared with these amazing backup candles! Every child had fun, and went home happy. I thank every single employee, because that was the greatest party experience I’ve had to date! Thank you to every single person that made my son’s day super special. I recommend this location HIGHLY.

In comparison with flying squirrel it’s smaller Some area are close during the weekdays. The ninja warrior space is only for 4 feet tall and above. Some rock climbing areas with harness are safe and fantastic There fee for kids under 6 is the same as the other ones Almost exactly when you’re time is out you have to leave but in flying squirrel it’s not as strict

This place wasn’t good at all! If you don’t reach on the top of the hour, let’s say you reached 5:40 they offer you to start but will be missing already 10 mins or you have to sit and wait until 6pm to start and use the full hour you paid for! Their convenience is more important than the customer convenience ! They only allow you to enter if you have their socks, even if you have grip socks from elsewhere, they don’t allow it and you will be forced to pay $5 to use their socks! They restrict the kids too much where they can’t even sit on the panels where the trampolines are. The place is beat up and torn out, they should upgrade and renovate. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience and costumer service was at its lowest!

Our experience was great the staff did a really good job accommodating any request and any changes within reason. The two host were friendly and super helpful. I felt like I didn't have to plan much. Being able to bring in some food was great due to dietary restrictions. I would say the only down side was the steep price, it was not very budget friendly for bigger parties and for just an hour jump time. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the party.

I was taken on a brief tour of the facility a few days before my son’s party and Dalia was super helpful! Booking an earlier time slot was ideal and we were able to access the party room. John, the manager on site for the day was extremely kind and assisted with whatever we needed and our host, Tia was incredible! She was an amazing server and everyone enjoyed their time. The facility was clean and the all of the boys had a blast. We will definitely come again. Thank you Air Riderz!
