I contacted this company as I found them on Google. I dealt with Vicki who talked a good talk and everything I told her I needed she “claimed she had”. I am a designer myself and I subcontracted them for four pre lit Xmas trees, a 5 or 6’ street light, candy canes, a directional signage for North Pole and snow for two sections. She is great at promising but not delivering. They showed up late on the day of set up and did not have carts and asked to borrow ours. First rule in business you should have your own stuff including cords esp due to insurance policies. 32 years she claims in business and you don’t one a dolly? I was charged $200 for a “truck rental” they showed up in a Uhaul trailer and even wanted to borrow mine even though I was charged for a rental. Two of the trees looked like they came from goodwill and were super old the other two looked fine. The “mailbox” was this super tiny mailbox and did not have a stand it was so small and not what I was told. The “street light” was a dollar store lantern that she used duct tape and cardboard to create a stand that was overall 3’ tall and leaning and fell over before the event was over. She was taping her tacky dollar store bows and all was falling off before the event even started. The horror came around 4:30 even though they should have been done by 3pm when I plugged the trees and the lights did not work. They were full of excuses and rather unprofessional. They ended up going to a dollar store to get lights that was a mix of cool white and warm white and even though I paid for labour I had to help set up and string lights and roll out snow. I did not get the 2 @ 8’ x 8’ area of snow which should have covered a lot more than their 4’x 4’ areas. Again billed for a lot and received nothing. P.S . The North Pole sign is mine I designed and created it. My client’s set up was totally ruined and as much as her partner said oh it’s okay they won’t know. Well I KNOW and I am not in the habit of cheating people. If they paid $2500 they should get $2500 worth of stuff not a bunch of dollar store crap and the excuse that she had only 3 days well had she been honest with me I would have saved myself the trouble and went to Walmart and bought pre lit trees at least it would have looked better. Sadly this “luxury” Christmas at the North Pole was ruined and my images show the extension sloppily on the floor and leant street light and just overall crappy garbage. I would honestly not even give them a one star. Note in business you under promise over deliver not over promise under deliver and a bunch of sorry excuses we could not find this or that. I wanted what I was charged for. I would like a partial refund for the lack of items. This was utterly disappointing and I would caution anyone go in person and see before you assume you’re being rented all this great condition stuff and check the trees they promise it lights but they can’t even figure out how to connect the tree lights. The lights you see are just some dollar store lights that I had to try and disguise as part of all trees did not light or none at all. I was charged $450 for labour yet I had to install the lights and they asked us for help to load the Santa chair back in their trailer. So am I getting a cut of the labour fee? My pictures are ruined and I almost lost a repeat client. You guys should honest take some proper business courses, buy a dolly it’s only $129 at Canadian tire. Pls save yourself ruining your images. I don’t know how your business survived over 30 years and based on my experience this is not a business who has 30 years of experience or you would know that reputation and service is top notch. Save yourself the hassle.

Vicky truly took into consideration all of our asks for this special Santa Suit for our corporate kids’ holiday event. It was nicely fitted and our teammate truly looked like Santa! The kids loved it! Thank you Vicky & team! We appreciate your hard work.

if i could put a negative review I would. She is attempting to swindle us out of our costumes, she lied on her gofundme, she has no operating insurance, she owes for 14 lockers, she twists words. Unreliable. Unrealistic. Aggressive. Argumentative. may have to bring her to court. We entrusted some of our spare costumes with her on the agreement that she would help us by purchasing specific costumes for us in trade and work off the value of our items. We made an initial trade for a couple of her pieces, which she changed the prices of after the fact, and she rented out some of ours without compensating us. We requested the items back as we had another buyer who could pay us up front, and she made every excuse and back peddled, accusing us of ripping her off and telling her how to run her business. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Vicky was great at the start of making my costume for Halloween. Now she is not answering the phone. I think I may have been scammed. I hope she's just busy making costumes and will get back to me soon 🤞

Never ever made it there because I had no idea where it was. Followed google maps and got to a building that had signs for other businesses, but not this one....so I left.
