I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience using their photo booth in Cineplex at Yonge and Eglinton. I tapped my debit card and was charged $10 and never received any photos! I reached out to customer service on January 2 and I still have not received a refund! I reached out again on January 13 regarding the status of the refund and was told that the technical department is working through a significant backlog of requests and that my refund is in progress. Reached out again February 4th because at this point, I feel like I am being scammed. Haven't heard back or received any update. I have been patient and have done everything that was asked of me. I do not like making public complaints but it has been over a month! Not ok! I do not recommend using their photo booth within the Cineplex at Yonge & Eglinton!

My experience in purchasing my first pinball machine was fantastic from start to finish. Dealing with the immensely experienced Sam for starters was great, followed by Danielle whom provided excellent communication and support. The delivery all the way from Ontario to my doorstep in Kamloops, BC was also surprisingly quick and easy for such a large, heavy item. Thanks everyone, looking forward to purchasing another from you.

I bought a pinball machine from P1AG and Danielle helped me. They shipped it right to my door in perfect condition and Danielle was absolutely incredible to work with. She answered all my questions, was always quick getting back to me and followed up to make sure my purchase was good. I would highly recommend contacting her if you ever need anything from P1AG!

This company has repeatedly billed us for doing nothing. If anything breaks, you have to pay for it.Even though it was just purchased. Their guys will not install anything correctly. You better have a good tech!
