Fantastic staff and selection of balloons. Karen is a wonderful instructor and is very helpful. They have a great selection of balloons and provide many helpful workshops for professionals in the industry. Please note that this company is a wholesale supplier to the balloon industry, and not open to the general public (as far as I know). As long as you are a registered business and place the right sized opening order, you will be treated wonderfully by the team here. The poor reviews you read here are likely by consumers wanting to buy at wholesale prices for their own parties or events.

Love this place. Always has what I need and Karen is so knowledgeable and always helpful. She always goes out of her way to explain things and make sure we buy the right stuff and know how to do it. Highly recommend using them as your go to balloons place.

Extremely rude woman with short hair! Wanted to stop in and sign up but was greeted with hostility. Complete turn off. Scoffed at my business name and wouldn’t let me browse. Super rude! Will never go back and will take my money elsewhere. I run a huge company and would have brought her tons of business. Woman needs a major attitude adjustment.
