Champs Family Entertainment Centre

Another great night at Champs Family Entertainment Center. We hosted our 5th annual Dads of Milton billiards tournament here, and the experience continues to get better every year. Champs has become our regular spot because it consistently delivers a great environment for our group to come together and play. Shout-out to the staff: Izzy, Justin, Carter, and Ananth. Looking forward to many more years here.

Perfect place for a fun family weekend! We visited for my daughter's 9th birthday and absolutely loved the variety, including bowling, games, excellent food, and escape rooms. A definite recommendation.

Great place...something for everyone. We enjoyed bowling 🎳...ten pin, American style...while bowling was fun, the lane was glitches. The staff quickly helped resolve our issue, although it was disruptive to our two lanes. I think they have some repairs to do. Overall, very good. $50 per hour, per lane. 6 people max. Shoes have to be rented for $5.50/person. The arcade games looked fun. They also had a bar or club type space...it looked and sounded fun! I will be back! Thank you...the staff were really good. I did receive some misleading info when I called but the staff inside better explained and apologized.

This place has gone downhill. We spent 250 for 2 hrs of bowling for 12 people on mother's Day and it took us over 20 mins to order drinks. Our game went down within the first 5 minutes of playing. It appears there is nobody working in what should be such a busy day. There was what looked like a birthday party happening in the dining room and they also could not get any service. The tables were all dirty, and the place has a run down, loss of life feeling to it. We used to love champs when it first opened and we lived in Milton and were so excited. We had planned on having dinner here but will not be staying for dinner for fear the food will make us sick and we would be waiting who knows how long for service. The staff came into the bar area and saw us waiting and made their own drinks and left without acknowledging us. The washrooms were filthy with actual feces on one of the toilets, and stalls without working locks. What was once a Milton gem just feels like an overpriced, run down dump. We will definitely not be back again without some improvements made to the facilities.

This establishment has not gone downhill, it has fallen off a cliff. Lanes never work, it is never clean, the arcade should be classified as a 'kid casino'......... absolutely terrible. The only thing worth the one star is somehow they have found good young staff who work like crazy to TRY to keep the customers happy due to issues outside of their control. At my nephew's birthday party here today, there is construction dust, ladders in the party room.......truly unbelievable how this place is being run.
