What parents are saying
I would say this playground is more suited to older children. There is very limited seating, which makes eating on-site almost impossible. Outside food is not allowed, and while they do sell food, the options are limited to very basic frozen items, which significantly restricts choices. Although re-entry is allowed and there are many good restaurants nearby, parents of younger children know how challenging it is to get kids dressed, into the car, seated at a restaurant, and then back again—it’s simply not very practical. The entrance area feels quite uninviting and somewhat depressing. It almost resembles a run-down toy store with a playground hidden in the back. This is the first indoor playground I’ve visited in the entire GTA—and I’ve been to most—that uses portable shoe racks at the entrance. These racks only have about four slots for boots during winter, along with flimsy coat hangers that look like they could fall over at any time. Additionally, the zipline running directly above and very close to the playpen felt unsafe, although I’m not a safety expert. On the positive side, this is one of the few indoor playgrounds that older kids can truly enjoy, thanks to its large play structures and variety of activities. They also have an exceptionally large toddler play area—the biggest I’ve seen—and each section is supervised by staff. The workers were generally very friendly and helpful. Now to the price comparison with nearby similar facilities; **Doodoo Kids** $26/child (1–4 yrs) full day, 1 free adult. I end up spending about $100 including $50 in game tokens. **Jolly Bubble** $33 for 2 hrs or $46 full day/child, 1 free adult. Average spend around $80. **Kira Kids Café**: $27/child, $9/adult for 3 hrs. I spent $80 with two drinks and a 20% discount. **Fun Spark** 20$ for 2 and up, 15$ for 2 and under. One Adult free per a Child. 2.5 hour 40$ used per a visit for my 2 and 4 years old. *Pokidoo* 30$ per a kid (1 and up) full day. Spend around 100$ with my 2 kids, since I had to purchase food indoor, and 10$ game token.
Decent place when it’s NOT packed. The good: Good variety of playground areas for kids of all ages Large facility, but it quickly feels overcrowded when they allow too many people in The bad: They need better capacity control instead of letting unlimited guests inside Parents sit everywhere, often blocking entrances and kids’ play areas Cleaning is lacking — sweeping trash off the floor isn’t enough; the space should be properly sanitized every few hours Way too expensive: $30 per child plus mandatory grip socks. For two kids, it came out to $74 just to use a playground. That price is outrageous, especially on weekends Not enough seating for parents, which is honestly disappointing. Overall, it has potential, but overcrowding, cleanliness, and pricing really hurt the experience.
Amazing playground. The air quality is terrible. If you have sensitivity issues with smell or breathing I would recommend bringing a mask. They’re constantly cooking and there’s no ventilation in an industrial warehouse. Also if you have younger children beware there’s an area with colourful pebbles that are toddler might ingest. To do the arial walk you need to be certain height, it was open weekdays at a certain time when we went. The height of a 7 or 8 year old would be sufficient.
We had a fantastic experience at this indoor playground and couldn’t be happier with our visit. From the moment we walked in, the space felt clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. There’s a great variety of play areas—from climbing structures and slides to soft play zones—so children of different ages can all find something they love. Our kid was fully engaged the entire time and didn’t want to leave.
Lots of fun! This is probably the biggest playground in Markham, and the price is really reasonable. There’s so much to do, and when we went on the weekdays , there were fewer than 10 people — plenty of space to enjoy everything!
