We had such a great time here! The escape room was well designed with clever puzzles and a strong storyline. Everything felt immersive and exciting from start to finish. The staff explained the rules clearly and gave helpful hints at the right moments. Definitely one of the best escape room experiences I’ve had. Would love to come back and try another room!

Had the worst experience. Will never go here again and highly recommend you don’t either. A group of 5 of us did an escape room tonight, the last one we needed to do at this location since we have done all the others. We arrived 10 minutes late and since we were the last group of the night they started our time before we arrived, which sucks because we paid 400$ and just wanted the full 2 hours but they had to close and didn’t want us to go 10 minutes over but that was understandable (not why I’m leaving a bad review, and we understood this just to be clear for when they reply). Near the end of our room a female employee came in to show us the remaining puzzles and skip us to the last part. She explained what was happening in a confusing way so our group asked if we were moving onto the last part or finishing the experience completely. Instead of answering our question she paused for 10 seconds gave us dirty looks and huffed at us in an extremely unprofessional manner then proceeded to say the same thing which made it seem like we were completely done, not just moving onto to the last part. We asked how come we are losing 35 minutes and not just 10-15 and she did the off putting pause thing again before answering. It was so rude, unprofessional and completely unnecessary. How she has a job is beyond me. We have all worked customer service and agreed that if we behaved that way to customers we would of gotten fired or at the very least written up for unprofessional conduct and attitude. I hope she was having an off day or something because that was bad enough that none of us will ever go back to this location. Most the 5 star reviews are fake, they offer you a discount on the spot if you leave one before paying and doing your room FYI. Check out Scarborough or Mississauga, or another company in general - never had to deal with this sort of behaviour at those locations or other more professional businesses. Edit - Since I cannot reply to their reply on this I’m going to make a few things clear because they responded to things out of context. 1. I very clearly stated we understood that you couldn’t let us have the full time because we were late and that is NOT the reason for this negative review, as I said we understood that. 2. We also had NO issue with the fact that we were moving on to the last part of the room at a certain time so we would finish in time. That made total sense. 3. We had an issue with how the staff treated and conducted herself when she came in to move us on. She confused us and we were asking for simple clarification on what was happening, if we were leaving the room completely or if we were just moving on to the last part. She was rude and unprofessional and completely ruined the experience, we were not rude what so ever when we were asking for simple clarification on what was currently happening. She was delivering the worst customer service I had experienced possibly ever, and was treating our group with complete disrespect because we asked a simple question. After she had been rude to our group multiple times during this interaction we called her out on her unprofessional behaviour, and implying that we are the problem here and treated her with disrespect because she was being unprofessional and we took a moment to call out how rude she was being is completely not fair. I’m not sure why you think guests deserve to be disrespected and treated horribly when they just ask a simple question, but it’s clear you approve of this unprofessional conduct and that’s very disappointing you expect people to pay upwards of 80$ to be treated horribly by your staff, and then try and blame us for calling out unprofessional behaviour. I wasn’t aware it was “standard procedure” for your staff to be rude and disrespect your guests when they ask simple questions. Do better.

I hosted my daughter’s birthday party here. I could choose from 3 birthday packages with different party sizes which makes planning a breeze. All includes pizza and drinks. I just had to bring cake, chips, and fruits and we were ready to party! Kids in our group range from 6 to 15 years old. We did Once upon a time and Project Sphere. They were challenging for me as an adult with no prior escape room experience. The 13-15 years old took the lead and the little ones enjoyed the experience cheering for the older kids. If it was just myself with all 12 years and under kids, it would not be a good experience as we would had no clue what to do. But since we had a few teenagers in each room, I would say everyone had a blast. The teenagers liked it so much that they went back again the next day with their friends their age. We had 1 hour before and 1 hour after the Escape room to play board games and have cake and snacks at our designated tables. I would recommend it for parents looking for a fun place to host birthday party for their kids.

The kids had a great time here! They have some good deals — the all-day play pass is well-priced and even comes with a drink. The kids tried a few different drinks; some were really good, others just okay, but overall they enjoyed them. There's also a birthday discount, which is a nice bonus. We didn’t try the escape room, but everything else was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion: it would be great if they added some popular board games along with a simple how-to-play guide. A lot of the kids weren’t familiar with the board games, so they ended up sticking to regular and digital games.

It’s our first time here. 3 high school kids. We called before we came, and the staff was very patient and kind to give us suggestions. Will come next time for sure.
