I was planning my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday and wasn’t sure how to match the colours for the decorations — including the tablecloths, centrepieces, and balloon bouquets. One of the staff members, Reya, went above and beyond to help me. She patiently gave me creative ideas and professional advice. Everything turned out beautifully, and I truly appreciate her amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning an event or party for a special occasion!

I went to this location on New year eve, and service was exceptional. I bought balloons on Amazon and they turned out to be a different colour from what I ordered. The young lady helped me pick up new ones, and the entire staff worked together to complete my order quick and effortlessly. Thank you so much.

I can’t say enough good things about Chase and his team at Party City Markham. He went out of his way to help my company coordinate a huge last minute balloon and decor order for an event we were holding at the Markham Fairgrounds yesterday. Thank you so much for your help, advice and all the extras. The balloons and everything else we sourced from your store helped liven up the empty shell of an event space. We are so happy with our birthday balloons this year!! Dureena did an amazing job, she deserves acknowledgement. Whatever she did to make it last should be done for everyone. 3 🌟 due to price. You can get anything you want and customer service by the person who helped me was awsome. But they sold my 3 helium balloons for 16.99$ per balloon, and the number 5 was defective. I brought it home it popped when I sent it back it was another lady. The #5 was still bad, so she put less air and I brought it home it was deflated . Imagine paying 17$, and it blows up. When u drive back, they give you less helium in it, so it d9esnt blow. Check the picture so you can see.
