Aerosports Trampoline Parks - London

I came in on a Thursday morning to purchase 2 memberships and a birthday package. The customer service I received from Stella and Hanu was top notch. They were so patient and made sure all the questions were answered. There was a computer issue that took some time, but they managed my expectations for waiting and provided an alternate solution instead of waiting (they would have management call me). Stella gave me a tour and explained the birthday package while Hanu handled the administration/computer issue. The facility is clean and they've added some really awesome attractions. The prices are reasonable and they always have some kind of discount available. I highly recommend this place.

It was my daughter’s 7th birthday, and she wanted to celebrate at AeroSports. I just want to say a big thank you to Astha, who was our host. She took care of everything and everyone so well. She helped the kids and encouraged them to try different activities. She made sure not only the birthday girl but all her friends were having fun and participating in the games and activities. She truly made the experience special for all the kids. She also helped switch the room as we requested and set everything up beautifully—plates, cups, and everything perfectly arranged. Throughout the entire time, she stayed with us and kept asking if we needed any help. We truly appreciate her kindness, effort, and dedication. Thank you so much, Astha! You made our celebration extra special. 🎉

We had a great time at Aerosports London for our daughter’s 6th birthday. Aerosports took care of basically everything - checking everyone in, the grip socks, the party room set up, the food and even getting the singing started for happy birthday and cake! And best of all, the clean up! Samantha was a wonderful host and so helpful and kind. The facility itself is so much fun! It has a great variety of activities for kids of all ages. My girls absolutely love the ninja course. And also the new ninja tag area (I believe that was what it’s called). What a great, clean place to have a birthday party or just spend a few hours. We will be back many, many more times! Thanks Aerosports!

My 6 year old asked me to give this place a 5 star review.. this is a big deal as my son has never asked me to review anything in his life! This place is the best indoor park in the city, out doing Funvilla, off the wall, playaway, adventures on wonderland, children museum, the factory, flying squirrel and fleetway. Yes the price is worth every second you are here.

My kids had an amazing time! Natasha and Tiba were so helpful during our check in. Everything was really clean too. Highly recommend!
