This is my second time ordering from Dashing Ballon shop this month and both experiences have been great. 🎈🏆🥳 This first was for my wife’s birthday followed by my sons 13th birthday today. Celebrating birthdays has been tough for everyone during the pandemic so I was looking for something to make it memorable. Having the balloons in the house made everyone smile days after the birthday was finished. 🤩🥳 The staff here delivered on all expectations service wise and delivery was smooth and on time. If you are looking to enhance any birthday or celebration during the pandemic or after, call Dashing immediately. 👌🏾

I hate leaving bad reviews, but after what I have been through with this business today and her not showing any compassion I have decided to write this. She literally ruined my son’s first birthday. The props that were supposed to be supplied by this business, were the highlight of the event. I booked Joyce 4 months ago for my son’s first birthday. I kept following up with her and she stopped responding a few weeks before the event this weekend. I message her today, my party is on Sunday and glad I did because it looks liked like Joyce didn’t care to notify me of what was going on until I reached out to her. I find your story Joyce to be very interesting that another customer ordered the same exact number of props that I ordered (what a coincidence) and that your customer decided to steal them. I understand if it was something serious, but your story does not add up. If this true, you should have messaged me right after that birthday, not 4 days before the event. Now I have had to rent a U-Haul, drop everything I have to do on this busy weekend and go to Toronto on Saturday and pick up those props from another company and they’re not even the amount that I needed just because you decided it was okay to drop the ball on a customer that booked 4 months in advance. If I were in your situation, instead of having my client have to do your homework, I would have searched everywhere and paid out of my own pocket and made sure my customer was happy. You simply just did not care and had no compassion for the situation that you put me in. Not once did you say I am sorry although I expressed my frustration. Instead, you decided to make props that I never requested and are so cheap. If I wanted those I would have ordered those. I have spent my whole day trying to find someone to help me when I should have been preparing for the birthday.

I needed balloons for a private party and had a great experience with Dashing Balloons! Joyce was a pleasure to work with - fast to respond to a call or email and totally understood my vision. The balloon display was gorgeous and beyond what I imagined! She also delivered and set up the balloons which kept the event stress-free and allowed us to surprise the guests. I highly recommend Dashing Balloon Shop and will be a repeat customer.
