Innisfil Backyard Bounce

Second time renting a bouncy castle from Innisfil Backyard Bounce and so impressed! What a great deal first of all, to pay once and get it for the whole weekend - wow! This year we opted for a water bouncer and the kids had so much fun going down the slide into the pool below. It even had basketball nets! Hours of fun were had. Top notch quality, amazing customer service, convenient pickup/drop off location, easy to set up and take down. Take your next party up a level and rent from these guys!!

Excellent service. Drop off, pickup, and assembly included. Very nice people to deal with. Professional and courteous and on time with everything. Communicated well and the soft play equipment was clean. The kids had a blast on it. The rollercoaster was a hit. Perfect for a group of 7 kids aged 1 to 3 for a holiday party. 6 stars.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justyna and her husband were amazing throughout the entire process and hit the nail on the head with making my vision come true. If your little one has a special day coming up I highly recommend.

I could gush about these guys all day but ill just say if you want an incredible event, this is who you have to call. The customer service is exceptional and Justyna is so kind and understanding, definitely went above and beyond for my party! 10/10 ive found my party people for life!

We recently rented a bouncy castle for our son’s 4th birthday and I’d highly recommend Innisfil Backyard Bounce. Their prices are cheaper than others, they have a huge selection, the owners were lovely to deal with (they answered any questions I had before hand & were very nice in all our interactions), the bouncy castle was clean & in great condition, and it was relatively easy to set up (you just need a bit of muscle power to move it)!
