Funzilla Hamilton Inc.

Good place to bring kids from toddlers to early teen. We went during a weekend morning and it was fairly busy. I personally went through the majority of the climbing apparatus and slides and it looked decently clean. They have a poor selection of food and drinks, but you can bring your own. There were several birthday parties in the party rooms which were nothing special, but they get the job done. I would bring my 3 year old here as long as they keep up with their maintenance.

*Level 4 local guide* I remember seeing some negative reviews 2 years ago about this place and changed my mind to visit. Anyway, my kids got a birthday invitation and I decided to check this place out before the party and so happy I did. Funzilla is so clean and refreshing. My kids had such a great time. I can't believe we were missing out all this time. 10/10 this is my favourite indoor playground within Hamilton . There's gaming machine where your kids can earn points and collect little toys for it. Bare in mind you must pay separately for the gaming machines. I love that there's a section for the little ones ages 0-3. There's an area where you can eat and still watch your kids on the slides. There's massage chairs, not sure of the cost for it.I spent $42.92 for my 2 kids. The customer service was satisfactory. If the owner ever come across my comment just a suggestion if you can add a trampoline and a little area with like a Funzilla banner for families to take pictures that would be the icing on the cake.

Funzilla Hamilton Inc. is an excellent family entertainment destination. The facility is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep children engaged and active in a safe environment. Staff members are attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A great place for birthday parties or a fun day out with kids. Highly recommended.

amazing funn, The two ladies working went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten her name she’s blonde. I appreciate the kindness you showed to my kids. Definitely will come back. This was my first time here for a birthday party.

An absolute zoo of a place where kids can have fun. The birthday package was steep for the value you receive and the pizza and fries were barely cooked from frozen. If you get the b day package, please buy your own food from somewhere else as the food they serve is worse than anything we’ve ever had. I added pictures so you can see the barely cooked, inedible food they gave with this b day package nonsense.
