We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding cake! It was a beautiful two-tier cake with buttercream icing and a strawberry vanilla center, and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. The cake was incredibly moist, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was delicious. The bakery did an amazing job, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice for such a special day. Highly recommend!

We had heard that the Simply Italian Bakery was selling pizzas, so obviously we had to check them out. The pizzas are wood oven cooked, they came out cooked perfectly. The cheese and toppings were great, high quality ingredients used. The sauce was nice, simple and fresh. The crust was nice and airy and still had a nice chew to it. Overall a great pizza, and friendly staff. They had many other sweet treats, pastries and sandwiches available as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely will be back to try some of their other item. Highly recommend you try out Simply Italian Bakery if you’re in the area.

My honest review of this bakeri begins with me wanting to order a sfoglia cake for my birthday on new years eve. It was my first time ordering a cake here as I usually use la bakeri for this specific cake. I called with plenty of time ahead, 3 weeks, and was told to email them to order. I did so, and included all the details of my cake including flavor, size, writing on it, and my favorite colors. Though the girl on the phone was very friendly, it seemed the details of my email order were completely unheard. I didn't hear back at all, for almost two weeks and ended up having to call back and chase them to ask for a response to my email to make sure that my cake order was taken. When I got an email response, they asked me all the questions that I had already included in my email. Once my cake finally felt like it was ordered, I assumed I could rest assured. However, upon coming to pick up my cake, it was another dissapointment. The lady basically told me that my cake wasn't made properly, and that it was made by a "junior baker", and that she'd be giving me a slight discount. I didn't even get asked if I would still want it this way and was basically told this as she was ringing it in. I then said can I see the cake at least? and was shown it at that point. While I do admit it was beautifully decorated, the cake was half the height this style of cake normally is. I didn't know what to do in that moment and really didn't want to celebrate my birthday without a cake. The lady had already rung it in without asking if I wanted to go through with it and I am kind of shy so I just ended up paying for it with only a slight discount of 10 dollars and leaving. I would have definitely appreciated being asked if I was okay with any of this instead of feeling like this was what was happening and that's that. I had also ordered my cake with ample time for them to have had it made properly by an experienced baker, as this is not a simple cake to make and should not be used for practice by a junior. When it came time to eat the cake, we cut into it and noticed an entire layer of pastry, custard, and strawberries was absent, again making the cake almost half the height it should be. The pastry inside of it was also quite hard and tough which is normally not how this cake should be. The pastry is normally softer due to being saturated in the custard. On top of that, the icing was significantly sweeter than I am used to, which made it not so enjoyable. The icing consistency was also not to par, rather than being fluffy it was dense and droopy. The corner of my cakes icing had drooped off the cake and made it look like it was melted. I guess I didn't notice that in the few seconds I was shown the cake in the store. This type of cake is my favorite and one I always order so to experience one like this was highly disappointing. Aside from the friendly service on the initial phone call, and when I had called back to see why no one was answering my email, I would say my experience was not a good one unfortunately. I had high hopes for this bakeri but will likely not order here again. Trying to attach pics.

The service is excellent. The staff are all kind and helpful. They assist you in every way they can. They are very attentive, friendly, out going and overall an asset to this place. Especially the woman behind the cash till near the bread and the gentleman who is working the pizza. They both went above and beyond. The pizza was perfect in every way! Definitely your moneys worth! I’ve never had better food let alone pizza in my life. Truly a great place for any occasion and for everyone!
