SAU Bake

The frozen savory treats are incredibly rich, with flavors I can’t even name, it’s marvelous. Huge plus: they’re low in calories (!!!!!!), filling, but not heavy at all. I’m so glad I got a bag of each kind because these are my new go-to. And the carrot cake with brigadeiro could win the nobel peace prize lol I went to try the food because someone else told me it was unbelievably good and that the owner was such a kind guy. And they were so right! It was so nice chatting with Matheus, and trying his food. I hope he plans on opening a restaurant soon, it would be amazing to sit down and enjoy a full meal from this chef

Matheus's baked goods NEVER disappoint! I recently had a birthday party and bought a box of cookies for my friends to all share. They were all raving about how good they were and couldn't believe they were vegan! I'm not usually a fan of mint with chocolate but the peppermint chocolate cookies were SOO heavenly. I wish I could choose a favourite but I can't because everything I buy is always so delicious!

Going to Sau Bake is like going to see your best friend AND there are so much delicious pastries to chose from. I love hanging out with the owner, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I walk away happy. His cakes are incredible. In the small size, I love the corn and guava cake! Or the bounty jar cake. I have also ordered his larger celebration cakes in chocolate mousse and of course, in the bounty flavour as well. I am living my best cake life 11/10

Super tasty vegan food! A nice combo of savory and more sweet options. Our personal fave is the Cream Corn Croquet, but the cinnamon buns, cookies and other croquets are super good!

A really great selection of vegan food! I am not vegan but it's always a nice change from eating meat. The "Not a pig in a blanket" and the spinach and tofu pocket are both so delicious. The owner is also so nice. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to eat at the Hamilton Farmer's Market!
