Very disappointed in baked goods. I bought traditional cannoli, a brownie and a piece of carrot cake. Did not taste like carrot cake or brownie, oily and indistinguishable flavours. Cannoli filling was not ricotta and bland. Unfortunately will never go back. I’ll go back to Fortinos for my cannoli. Very disappointed.

This was my second time trying their pastries and I totally recommend them. Everything I’ve had so far strikes the perfect balance: not too sweet, just smooth and full of flavor. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the best part? They’re only 5 minutes from my place. A local gem!

Our favourite little bakery in the city. We got our wedding cake here!!! The staff/owner are so friendly and helpful. Everything tastes amazing and it's an absolute must stop if you are in the area.

Increased prices a week before Christmas. When I called to ask why and maybe if it was a glitch on their website order form I was met with a rude employee that didn’t give me a clear reasoning as to why. After a bit of conversation trying to get some clarity, I was told it was because cost on their end increased (I placed an order on Dec 13 and it was one price, and when I went to place another order today Dec 19 it was an increased price). I understand prices go up but this particular situation feels icky and a tad bit unethical. I asked when i could order next year to avoid a up charge and was told “the date changes every year”. …Okay? I’ll be taking my(and now my extended families) business to Sams Bakery.

I have been purchasing pastries to cakes from here for the last several years, everything has always been fresh and amazing every time! Staff is very friendly and professional, nice to see a family run business that cares about their customers!
