Balloons Bash - Balloon Decor

I'm so glad I found Balloons Bash, they were great to work with! The staff was easy to work with and flexible with our timing. My client loved the arrangements so much that they extended the breakdown to give the guests more time for photo ops. Looking forward to working with them again.

Would not recommend. I ordered an 8ft arch, 5 bouquets of 10 balloons each, and two foil balloons. I requested that the balloons be a majority maroon and gold with accents of white and blush or peach. The attendant showed up to the venue of the event 40 minutes late. (Requested to be there for 7:30, showed up at 8:10). We asked her not to use specific tables for the event because we had other companies that needed to use them, but when we came back to check on her, she had all of her stuff spread out across the tables we asked her not to use (despite offering her an extension chord and an alternate table to set up somewhere else). Despite asking for mostly maroon and gold, there were maybe 7-8 maroon balloons on the entire garland and 1-2 on each bouquet. They said we would get an 8ft arch, which I took to mean it would be 8 feet in length, but it was barely a third of an arch. (maybe that's my fault but it could have been communicated better) The bouquets each only had 6-7 balloons on each, which included 2-3 large helium balloons and 3-4 barely inflated ones along the ribbons. The weights did not match the colour scheme at all (bright blue and pink). They didn't even have the foil balloons I asked for. The attendant tried to leave without saying goodbye to me (the person who paid for the service). I had to stop and ask if I was getting the foils I ordered, and she said no and left. I had to run to party city 20 minutes before the event and buy new ones. It took over a week for me to be reimbursed for the balloons, and the company even claimed they had already reimbursed me, which they hadn't. All of this for $750. I will not be using this company again.

Balloon Bash helped us deliver a 16th (quarantine) birthday that our daughter will remember forever! As a professional event planner I have high expectations of the vendors I work with and they definitely did not disappoint. Even during these unprecedented times they were well organized, respectful of our home, reliable and extremely professional. I want to personally thank Kirby for bringing my vision to life. I look forward to working with them again on future events.

A great business that adds a perfect touch to any event with their balloon decors, marquee letters and so much more! Their customer service communication was really helpful and accommodating!! Definitely recommend booking for another event!
