TRAPPED GUELPH - Escape Games and Events

We had an amazing experience at TRAPPED Escape Room in Guelph! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and the atmosphere immediately pulled us into the adventure. The room was creative, challenging, and full of clever puzzles that kept our whole group engaged and thinking the entire time. A huge thank you to Christian, Isabella, and Gwen for being such fantastic hosts! They were welcoming, enthusiastic, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They explained everything clearly, set the scene perfectly, and were right there when we needed guidance — without giving too much away. Truly the perfect balance. You can tell they care about making sure guests have a great time. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend TRAPPED Escape Room in Guelph to anyone looking for a fun and exciting challenge!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hosted our son’s 12th birthday party at Trapped Escape Room in Guelph (on Grange) and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and organized, and the setup was perfect for a group of six 12-year-old boys. They had an absolute blast working through the escape room. They were able to complete the challenge all on their own, though help was available if they needed it. The space itself is clean, well run, and fully licensed, which is a nice bonus for parents waiting around. There are lots of fun games to play while you wait for your turn, which kept everyone entertained and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend Trapped Guelph for birthdays or group activities. We’ll definitely be back!

Best escape room I’ve been to. I’ve been to a few in the KW region. Me and my fiancée tried this one (his first one!) for Valentine’s Day, and he loved it too! They offer drinks, and bring them to your room. No lost time for asking for a hint. We did the stranger things room, and it was really fun. We did manage to escape too! 10/10 would do it again, and do recommend

First time completing an escape room and the staff at Trapped were amazing. The room was a little tricky, but the challenge was appreciated. They gave us lots of helpful clues when we needed them and even offered a couple extra minutes since it wasn’t busy (no extra charge). Definitely would recommend attending here. The whole experience from check-in to escaping was exciting!

I absolutely loved the experience! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. Isabella and Gwen were amazing — they helped us every step of the way and made sure we had everything we needed. Their support and attention to detail truly made a difference. Christian was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
