Stuffy Riders Georgetown

Always friendly, wonderful staff! I love taking my daughter here for a fun ride through the mall. The rewards program is so great too! And they recently added new machines to ride on which are sturdy enough to carry an adult along too!

Disappointed with Our First Visit We visited this location for the first time and were completely disappointed with the experience. The staff member we interacted with was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I specifically asked for a 10-minute ride for my kids, but he neither noted the time nor made any effort to clarify the duration. Instead, we were given a 15-minute ride without any explanation, and I was charged accordingly. When I questioned him about the time and the charge, he didn’t respond properly and avoided accountability. I then asked to speak with a manager or the owner, and he reluctantly handed me a business card, saying I could contact the owner directly. Throughout the interaction, his attitude was rude and dismissive. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this place based on the level of service we received

My kids had fun cruising the mall while I walked. The price was very cheap. I went back because I thought he had under charged me.

We love this place! My kids enjoy coming :)! The staff is always so welcoming and caring.

this is for BRAMPTON because they don’t have a google. I rented 2 stuffys and told the girl I was doing 20 mins. About 5 mins in one of the stuffies slows down to a crawl. I assume the battery is dying. We’re on the other side of the mall and I have my son so I have to let him ride one and I have to push this heavy ass horse all the way back to the store. It took me easily 10 mins or more since I had to push it. I get back and the girl says she just has it on slow for “little kids” my son is 7 and that was more than slow. I tell her I had to push it so we have not had a chance to ride yet and mentioned if she could restart the time. She smiled and we left. When I came back to pay she charged me over $50 and I said we only rode for 20 mins and reminded her what happened. We were gone 32 mins (10 of that I was towing a horse) she said “it doesn’t work like that”. It’s not my fault the horse was set on lame and barely moved. Then she gives me a punch card as “compensation” but it’s a regular stamp card that’s rent 6 times and get 10 mins free. No accountability
