Maydwell Mascots Inc.

We originally had order our mascot 2 years ago. It has been a hit at all of our campuses, and in our communities events! Because of the great customer service, the ability for their team to design concepts of exactly what you want...it was a very easy decision for us to move forward with adding 3 more mascots like our original mascot! This now allows us to have our mascot take part in multiple events the same day at our campuses, or in our communities. Our students and staff are extremely happy to have the mascot, especially knowing we have 4, which allows us to have them, when we need them. I Highly recommend anyone to contact Maydwell and contract them for their mascot needs!

They did an amazing job bringing our mascot Chip to life! We can't wait to bring smiles to kids! Brenna was great to work with and was extremely responsive to all my questions.

Unbeatable value and quality! Maydwell Mascots did an incredible job bringing my mascot to life! I couldn't be happier with the experience overall. The team at Maydwell Mascots was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to keep me updated with great communication and progress photos throughout the production process. Then, I was blown away by the attention to detail when I received my mascot in person. The quality and execution is exactly what I was hoping for. Every component of the mascot was well thought out and looks finished off - down to every single stitch. I would definitely recommend Maydwell Mascots and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

As far as I know, we're the exception to Maydwell's usual rule of quality, however, it seems like all the effort in making the suits went into design and no attention was given to functionality or durability. One of our mascots' feet don't allow the performer to do anything past the lightest jog or they'll fly off, the other is almost completely blind and can just barely emote due to the size of the head, and the suits already started falling apart by the first month of owning them! Keep in mind, all but one member of our mascot team are experienced performers, so it's not that they just don't know how to use them. Maydwell has offered to fix their mistakes free of charge, but whenever they do we don't get the suits back for weeks if not sometimes months! One of our characters is having her nose repaired right now and we're now worried about not having her for the football home closer. Hopefully we can figure our how to put a basketball jersey in a way that doesn't expose the chest-peice without sending him back as well. In short, Maydwell seems to generally do very good, but can also drop the ball really hard.

I enjoyed designing each detail of 2 mascots with Maydwell Mascots. Their team is supportive every step of the way, even making sure our mascots made it through customs. Great company and excellent quality.
