I am extremely disappointed! I have always wanted to support local businesses, but my recent experience was terrible. I purchased two cakes: a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday and a Christmas log. Unfortunately, both cakes lacked flavour; they were just overly sweet, very dry, and tasted quite old—possibly even stale leftovers. It’s frustrating to think that they might assume customers are ignorant and underestimate their expectations. I paid a significant amount for these cakes, and it made me look bad in front of my guests. The poor quality and stale taste made them seem like they were store-bought with added filling rather than freshly made. I won’t be returning.

Had a great experience at Cakes and Bakes shop. Came last minute for a cake and the result was amazing. Delicious, beautiful, well priced and amazing customer service.
