I was excited to have 4EverKids provide the bouncy castle for our daughter’s birthday on Saturday July 27, 2024. We had been in contact with them from April 16th. We fell in love with their bounce castles with the slides. As it was a birthday party with boys and girls, I had a princess for the girls and wanted a boys themed bounce castle for the boys, so Sonic was perfect! I reached out to ask if a deposit was needed. They said no, cash on delivery was all I needed. I sent my confirmation details and even checked in a month before and was confirmed that all is well. I phoned on Friday and twice on Saturday, no answer. If you needed more money because you hadn’t properly calculated the travel costs, I would have gladly paid. If you had double-booked the Sonic Bounce castle and wanted to switch out for Spider Man or Iron Man I would have gladly agreed. You left my 5 year old and all of her friends disappointed. At 12:00pm it was clear that you weren’t coming so I rushed and got a bounce castle delivered from Adventuremania. They saved the day for us. In my life I have NEVER given any vendor a bad review. In good conscience I couldn’t let this go. My event was based around your bounce castle and a princess and you left us stranded. 😢
