East West Gwillimbury EWG Bouncy Castles

I was exited to give a surprise to my grandson having the Magic Castle Ultra rented for his 1sr year birthday on Saturday July 26 so, I got it booked on Friday the 25th. Unfortunately because the last minute renting I didn’t have a chance to read all the rental conditions how to return it. Long story short,, it rained on Saturday, I packed the unit in the bin and returned back. I didn’t get my $100 deposit back, the company said I should returned dry and exactly folded in the bin as it was packed. Bad experience, I won’t ever rent it again from this company, I offered $50 for their work to dry and pack but it was not accepted.

Had a very pleasant experience renting a bouncy house from this company. Super nice and professional. Will use again and definitely recommend to other families! 🙏❤️
