Never-Never Land Indoor Playground

I attended a private birthday party and was surprised by how poorly this place is maintained. All equipment very old (a could had duct tape to fix holes/broken segments), and everything seemed dirty. I'm surprised that the reviews are relatively good. There are lots of nice indoor playgrounds around that are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Though the price here is slightly cheaper, I think it's too much for what they're offering their customers. The only thing that was a plus was the fact that the playarea is private. That's it.

Sarah and her team were amazing. They went the extra mile to help set up everything we brought in for our sons birthday. We were able to drop off our decor the day before and didn't have to worry about set-up at all. It was really convenient to have the balloons done at the play place rather than having to go to a store and picking it up. They also have themed decor for your party that you can rent. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do a birthday party for infants and toddlers, especially since the play rooms are completely private to your event.

Just had my daughter’s 1st birthday here! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish as Sarah and her team call me ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly. They also help with set up, clean up and all the in between. Great birthday party packages, which help alleviate the stress of having to transport cake, balloons, decorations, etc. since they take care of it! We had the back room and it was great for all ages (bouncy castle, slides, ball pit for younger ages, etc). Highly recommend never never land!

Been here a few times over the years, and will say the staff are always helpful and kind. While I can appreciate prices being slightly lower, I'm surprised this place hasn't updated or modernized their facilities. Very outdated toys for kids and play area.

Not one word of a lie , from the moment you walk in the EXCEPTIONALLY SUPERB customer service you receive from Sarah and her staff is incredible. In less than two minutes I had two party hosts by my side helping me unpack and set up. If I had time and dropped off my party supplies prior to my event it would have been done before we arrived. I actually enjoyed my daughters first birthday and felt completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. They were completely booked but promptly ready to receive us with a clean party room. The facility was immaculate, clean, spacious, and private. My guests were so impressed! Thank you for making this such s flawless experience and accommodating us perfectly !
