FUNtastic Forest | Indoor Playground & Birthday Party Venue

Absolutely spectacular experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Vern was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional, making the entire birthday celebration seamless and stress-free. Everything was well organized and welcoming, creating such a fun atmosphere for the kids. Highly recommend this indoor playground to anyone looking to host a fantastic children’s birthday party. A very special place for many reasons. Our favourite indoor playground in the area, hands down, because of its cleanliness, safety (you can clearly see your kids in the play structures), diversity of fun facilities (my 3 year old and 7 year old equally adore this place and we've visited w a one year old and even a nine year old who both had fun!). Most importantly, it is not a crazy sensory overload like most other indoor playgrounds which have loud video games with flashing lights that require additional $. Kids can have fun in a screen free environment, and parents can hang out in the picnic area and actually hear themselves think and talk to one another, and kids can comfortably rest there and eat. Additionally, we've hosted two birthday parties there, and Vern the owner made the experience hassle free and transparent (and of course, kiddies had the best time)

My 2-year-old enjoys coming here, and I appreciate that it’s always clean and well-maintained. The play areas are safe and in good condition, which makes it a comfortable place for both kids and parents.

Hands down an amazing place to hold a child's birthday party. The owner, Vern is amazing and super helpful with planning your event to make sure it goes smoothly and so are the staff that work there. Not to mention the place is extremely clean. Thank you for making our event so memorable. All attendees were super impressed and had a fantastic time!!! I can't express how much Funtastic Forest exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect place for my daughter's 5th birthday! The kids absolutely loved it and so did I! The playground provides endless fun. Most kids said it was the best play place and party they had been to! I can't thank Vern and his team enough for the exceptional service they provided. He went above and beyond to ensure we could provide the best party possible. He was amenable and compromising because he understands how important it is for any parent. Thank you so much, it really was a phenomenal experience. As most people have commented the facility is very clean and well maintained. I'm also very appreciative to Vern for being so accommodating with my walker-bound mother, thank you. We can't wait to come again!
