Had an amazing experience at Flying Squirrel today! Place is clean, the kids love the wall climbing area. shoutout to Mattie, even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to listen when my little one mentioned wanting some toy from the arcade, a couple minutes later she came back proactively with a little toy just to make her smile. That kind of attention to detail and kindness goes a long way. Thank you matie for making our second visit better. We’ll definitely be back

Decent Fun for Kids, But Some Drawbacks Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Chatham is a good place for kids to burn off energy — lots of fun activities and a clean environment. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because parents aren’t allowed to go into the play area with the kids to help them, which can be tricky for younger ones. Also, the price feels a bit high for just 1 hour of playtime.

Place is great. We drove an hour to check this place and this place is clean beautiful and fun! However, we went for 2 hours and since a couple of us are diabetic we had to eat halfway through so we wouldn't get to low blood sugar as we do at all places like this. We ordered pizza chicken fingers and drinks and took about a half hour to eat so we thought we could play for another half hour since we were eating for health reasons. We started our day at 110 but for some reason they told one of us our time was up at 3. We then got asked again at 315 then again at 330. I told the manager that we ordered a bunch of food and took a break and the place in windsor will let you eat your food and dont hound you to leave for doing so and they should understand who theor customers are spendimg money on food. She told me "you're supposed to play then eat afterwards". Yes I was quite surprised and told her there should be a sign at the front door so we can all know this before ordering food because we shouldn't get punished for ordeing food. She said thanks for your opinions and walked away. This place is great but I strongly recommend you eat before you go or just go to macdonalds which is right outside the front door afterwards. I also recommend you sneak in small snacks to eat in-between playing especially if you have health issues like diabetes because obviously this kind of fun will drop your blood sugar levels and you shouldn't have to waste your play time to wait for food and drinks. (This is what i feel ill have to do next time)The 2 hours we paid for wasn't cheap so I strongly recommend this place comes up with a solution to accommodate situations like this one. Diabetics lives matter too. Just a fyi. Im not going to stop going to this place for this reason because this place really is awesome but ill be better prepared next time. Yes I still recommend this place.

We went on a Monday. It was super quiet and the kids were able to try everything. What an awesome experience. The staff were beyond amazing kind and caring. Plenty of parking with pull thru spots. 10/10 we will definitely be going again.
