Castle Mania, Bouncy Castles & Party Rentals

I recently rented a bouncy castle from Castle Mania for my grandson’s birthday party, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The team at Castle Mania was incredibly accommodating and professional, making the booking process a breeze. What impressed me the most was the attention to safety. The staff ensured that everything was set up securely and provided clear instructions for use. As a grandparent, it was reassuring to see such dedication to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the children. Overall, I can’t recommend Castle Mania enough. This was the first time we rented a bouncy castle, so I was a little hesitant of how it was going to turn out. The service we received from Lina and her team was excellent! She was very helpful, quickly responded back with to any questions we had, and most importantly she was kind enough to accommodate to the changes that I had made last minute. I rented the mini slide combo for my son’s 3rd Birthday and he was obsessed with it! My son and my niece had an amazing time and we can’t thank them enough for the amazing service! Most definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My daughter had an absolute blast with this bouncy castle! We weren't able to have a birthday party for her last year, so when it became clear we couldn't have one this year as well, we decided to go all out for her and she had an amazing weekend even if her bouncing partner was her dad! Fair prices and great service from Castle Mania! Highly recommended!

I had the best service with castlemania! Lina and her crew are just superb! I initially rented their White Bouncy castle for my daughter's first birthday party, with 2 tables and 20 chairs. Before the day of the party, I had asked to add a couple tables, and Lina was quick to respond. On the day of the party, I needed her to be there and have the castle set up by 11:30 and they were there by 10AM. I also needed to extend our rental for the castle at the very last minute, that her crew was already there, but was kind enough to let me. Easy payment as well since I paid cash on delivery for the extra tables I asked for and e-transferred her the balance from the extra rental hours for the castle the evening of the party. I had nothing but received so much care and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend their service. Before they leave, they would check if any of their rentals have some faults, she does the inspection before actually handing them to you, and one table was wobbly and replaced it right away. The white castle was absolutely stunning and clean. We we're also able to put up a balloon garland on it.

Excellent experience with Castle Mania. Customer service was amazing and the the delivery was quick and easy to set up! Kids loved it and I’ll be in touch for my daughters birthday next year!
