Fantasy Fables Princess Cottage & Spa

I am absolutely stunned by the Princess Cottage. I had booked a birthday party for my daughters and we invited Elsa. The place is beautifuly decorated and very clean. Elsa performance was incredible. She did sing, dance, there was a story telling as well as nails painting. My daughters had such an amazing time! Service was amazing. Fairy godmother was very polite and helpful. We will be definitely be back!

Moana made everyone’s day at my daughter’s party. Storytelling, singing, dancing, makeup - she kept the group of 2-5 year olds so entertained and allowed me to sit back and enjoy the party instead of me running it. Moana was so genuine and tender with the kids. Truly professional, on time, I’m pretty sure it was the real Moana. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you To Moana and Fantasy Fables for making everything so easy, fun and memorable. You made the day so special.

I gifted 2 different friends daughters experiences at the Princess cottage and spa. I was unable to accompany my first friend and her daughter, but I had booked and called to set up everything ahead of time, including requesting a gluten free cupcake (and paying for it all in advance.) My friend and her daughter had a lovely time, although there was a miscommunication with the gluten free cupcake, once I addressed this with staff it was promptly rectified! The second visit I was able to accompany my goddaughter and friend, and the experience was lovely! Fairy godmother Heather was so patient, sweet and accommodating, my goddaughter had a wonderful time getting pampered at the spa! I would Highly recommend this place for the customer service alone, they were prompt at responding and went the extra mile! The setting was cute and cozy, staff were extra friendly, and the spa service was so fun for these little princesses!

We love our experience and it exceeded my expectations! My 5 yr old and her friend went to the princess cottage and all the details were carefully thought of and planned ahead. They really felt like they were princesses!! The fairy godmother Heather was also so personable and spoke like a real one! Highly recommend :) A core memory for all of us!!

Belle was absolutely amazing at our party. She stayed completely in character the entire time and truly made the littles so happy. She was so attentive, giving each child lots of individual attention and making everyone feel special - not just the birthday girl. The kids were mesmerized by her, and her presence made the whole party feel magical. Even all of us parents were amazed with her incredible representation of Belles voice. She was also absolutely beautiful and so nice — we couldn’t have asked for a better princess! I will definitely be recommending Belle to others!
