Activate Burlington

We had such a great experience at Activate, and a big part of that was because of Dylan and Maya. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish. They were also so kind and patient with my son, which meant a lot to me as a parent. They made him feel included and excited, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. Because of how welcoming and professional they were, it definitely made us want to come back again. Thank you Dylan and Maya for making our visit such a fun experience!

SUCH a fun place for adults omg. Me and my girlfriends had an absolute blast here, we got so locked in. I will say they NEED multiple Laser rooms - it’s by far the most superior room and there’s always a line. We could benefit from 2-3 Laser rooms PLEASE!! We come JUST TO PLAY IN THE LASERS!!!! Nico and Mal were lovely and so fun!!!!

Some of my team and I came down for a quick tour as we want to plan a work team event here. Dylan picked up the phone and arranged the tour with us, and let me tell you it was the tour of a life time! He walked us through the space, both showed and allowed us to play some demo games for an idea on what to expect. He answered all of our questions with ease, and added fun humor and quips to the tour I hadn't expected. Cannot wait to spend an afternoon with my team here :) Thanks again Dylan for showing us around!!

We went early on a Friday so it was not too busy. Brought a party of 8 preteens. They had a great time, all games worked, rarely had to wait one turn for a game, most were open right away. The staff was the best! Helped make sign in fast, offered two lockers for all our stuff, clear walkthrough and was easily accessible the entire visit with someone always walking through the games area.

We’ve been coming to activate a few times and each time is a blast! My kids really enjoy the variety of games and this last time we went with some friends and Dylan at the front desk was super helpful in getting us all coordinated and explaining the process to the newbies and giving us a tour. Highly recommend checking out!
