Happy Kingdom Brampton

Took a couple of kids on weekday morning during summer and surprisingly it was still not busy at all. Some good deals at the counter. The inside is very clean and tidy and staff are helpful. Being next to Ocean’s Supermarket helps that you can done some shopping before or after. Some of the games are nice for kids. Some of the games will give you points on the card that you buy and put money on to play the games. The kids bought some candies and some erasers.

Perfect place to take my children! Lots of seating for parents to relax and supervise their children. The store provides free wi-fi so I can do my work while my kids play. The female cashier with the glasses was super friendly and helpful answering all my questions about how the store operates. The playground is child safe so I have no worries letting my kids run around freely. Will definitely see myself bringing my kids back and possibly hosting a party in the future!

This was one of the better playgrounds we have been too! Me and my kids went last Tuesday around 5:30PM and it surprisingly wasn’t busy, I did get a hold of the staffs name who helped me and my kids out, the customer service was amazing by Jason, he helped us with the waiver and was friendly, and Prasant was very nice helped us guiding where to go and has lots of energy engaging with customers!. The playground overall wasn’t that dirty and it looked clean for most part. They do give a heads up when closing which helps us with time management. Parking was a little hard to find but it’s a big lot. Overall I would recommend coming here. Staff and the playground itself was 10/10!!

First time went to this place today right on time 12:00pm when they open and noticed they dont clean their place at all. Took out my kids from the playground in 5 minutes. Staff was nice gave me credit to play arcade but still it was a bad experience. Not going there anymore

We have mixed feeling about this place. Relatively new and clean place however it is attached to ocean grocery store that easily access, it is good if you booked party and forget thing you can easily buy from Ocean or dollarama BUT the easy access make us wonder if the kids can roaming around too too much. No double doors, so around arcades can be freezing in winter. There’s big playground and arcades. Another thing, if you book birthday party with arcade cards included, COUNT your cards in front of staff; we noticed our stack short by 3 cards too late, but they won’t honour it, regardless their head count sheet has the matching numbers I mentioned. Party room is super tiny, there’s no room for your sweet/cale table. Also if you book a party room, do not ever have overflow to next door room (the room only separated with curtain), the staff will not say anything to stop you but they just surprise attack you with charging you both spaces. We don’t bother to argue but consider we use other space during happy birthday song only to be together and they charged us just like that, really leave us sour taste. No cart available, they told us to take shopping carts with coin from ocean, make us feel the whole experience so ghetto. Ended up paying more than $1000 for party of 30 people (15 kids and 15 adults) before any food or beverage (we brought everything from outside including bottled water) We will never booking party there ever again for sure-as we feel cheated in different level. Oh! They also requested for service charge; so 15% out of $1,000 plus is quite a bit consider we got zero service?? Supposed to be party host nowhere to be find during the 2 hour party.
