I first saw his work at my friend’s sister’s wedding in Brampton, where the tent installation, decorations, and furniture setup were absolutely mind-blowing. Everything looked elegant, well-organized, and top class. When I asked my friend who handled the arrangements, he told me about Simar brother, and I truly appreciate his dedication and passion for his work. Simar and his entire crew are very kind, humble, and professional. Their attention to detail really stands out. After being so impressed, I contacted Simar again two months later for my birthday party arrangements, and honestly, the setup was unbelievable. Every relative and friend was extremely happy and impressed with the decoration and overall arrangement. Simar does an excellent job with wedding tents, birthday parties, small functions, and all types of event decorations, along with providing high-quality furniture. One of the Worst Vendor Experiences – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering this tent rental company to look elsewhere. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite confirming all details weeks in advance, they delivered the tent and equipment at the last possible minute, causing unnecessary stress just hours before the event. Even worse, the items delivered were not what we had originally agreed on—they changed key elements without consulting us and claimed it was “standard.” As if that wasn’t enough, they increased the agreed-upon price at the last minute, demanding payment on the spot and threatening to remove the tent right before the event if we didn’t comply. This was not only unethical, but felt like extortion. We were left with no choice but to pay to avoid completely ruining the event. Throughout the process, the owner was arrogant, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. Any promises or reassurances they gave beforehand were completely ignored. They do not honor their word, and once they have your deposit, their attitude changes drastically. This company is unreliable, dishonest, and lacks any sense of customer service or accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this vendor at all costs—there are plenty of reputable companies out there who won’t put your event at risk.
