What a lovely company/ family to deal with. I contacted a few places about renting a bouncy castle for my 2 year olds birthday party. Olivia was quick to respond after I asked for a quote on their website. We decided on her company and they delivered, set-up and picked up the bouncy castle on the day of my daughter’s birthday. We paid using e-transfer and even though I had some hiccups on my end Olivia was courteous with the issues. Bouncy with us was supposed to arrive between 6 and 7am but arrived at 7:30am which was fine because my girls still got to bounce for a couple of hours before the party started. The bouncy castle was well-maintained and was cleaned thoroughly before the children played it. A tarp was laid out on the grass before the bouncy castle was blown up, we were shown exactly how to deflate the castle and inflate it (incase of rain or if not in use) We signed a waiver to ensure we understood the rules. The children had a blast and didn’t want to get out. They arrived at 6:30pm to pick up the bouncy castle and checked it for damages or any forgotten items ( which they said has happened in the past) Overall they were a joy to rent from and we will certainly rent a bouncy castle from Bouncy with us in the future.

Excellent service at an affordable price. The kids loved the setup, and everything was finished perfectly on time. They were very diligent in following up. I would definitely recommend them for birthday parties, where kids can have fun while parents also enjoy their own time.

We've been booking with this company for 3 years now. These are the things I like about them: 1. The castle is dropped off in the morning, and there is no specific time frame for pick up. 2. The castles are always clean. 3. They don't ask you to pick it up or drop it off on your own. 4. They respond quickly when you contact them (the other company took 3 weeks to respond. Who does that?). 5. They set it up very carefully and don't damage the landscape (yes, I am very paranoid about my flowers). 6. The castle is maintained properly and has no leaks. 7. Their kids are such cute helpers. Overall, for 3 years, we never had any issues with the company. The customer service experience is always excellent.
