Their equipment was clean and it was so easy to rent the items. We hired Prime Rentals for my daughter’s birthday, and I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! The whole process was so easy from start to finish – great communication, on-time delivery, and very professional setup. The castle itself was spotless and in perfect condition. My daughter had an absolute blast and just wouldn’t get off of it the entire day. All the kids were entertained for hours, which made the party so much easier for us to manage.
