Joey's World Family Indoor Playground

I visited Joey's World with my 12 month old not knowing if it would be suitable for him. We were lucky to get the whole playground area to ourselves (on a Wednesday afternoon). My baby had a blast exploring the entire structure, I'm so glad we went! On busier days the toddler area is reserved for kids 3 and under which is awesome. Looks like it would be awesome for older kids too with rock climbing and a climbing course on the ceiling. We will definitely be back! I find there to be a lack of places suitable for a one year old so we are very pleased to have discovered this place. Staff are also very friendly which is always nice :) Thank you Joey's World!

I take my three year old to Joey’s World regularly, about once a week. The staff are phenomenal. I usually bring my infant with us. The staff always go above and beyond to help me and entertain my child. They are constantly cleaning the facility. This place offers a much needed reprieve for tired parents and is a great place for kids to burn some energy. A toddler 10 pass is a staple in my household.

We just had my daughter’s birthday party with the peak climbers and play package. It was an over all great experience and I have nothing bad to say about it. The service was great, the employees were all very helpful and friendly. We got a confirmation phone call the week before to make sure everything was still on course which was very reassuring and professional. We didn’t have to set anything up or take anything down. We had an hour in the climbing section then our pizza was ready for us. After eating, the kiddos went and played and they had free choice to come back to the table to eat or drink or rest etc. the kids all had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a long-time parent customer of Joey’s World and have even hosted several birthday parties for my children here. Unfortunately, the venue has really gone downhill. The play structure—especially the toddler area—badly needs updating. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere due to inflation, but the current rates feel excessive. It’s nearly $17 per child, and what really bothers me is the extra charge for additional adults if you have more than two. I don’t care how busy it is or how much space they believe an adult takes—this feels like price gouging. And just because it’s advertised on the website doesn’t make it reasonable. The food prices also need to be reevaluated. There are other facilities in the area that offer more for the same price range. Overall, Joey’s World needs to take a hard look at its pricing and upkeep if it wants to keep loyal families coming back.

My daughter had a great experience for her 5th birthday party. The play structure has grown in size since the last time we visited. There are also high ropes and a rock climbing facility attached that is great for the older ones. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
