Just Kiddin' Playground & Hive5 Steam Centre

Brought my kids to Just Kiddin' and was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the unclean environment and broken games that were dangerous. The bathrooms were SO GROSS. The wall behind the hand dryer made me want to puke. I took PHOTOS because I was actually taken back by how unkept this place was! My 2 year-old was using a soft play climber when a peice with a large screw detached freely and dangerously. I wont be returning to the facility. What a shame.

Just kidding playground exceeded our expectations for our child’s birthday party. From the moment we arrived, everything was well planned and managed. The play area was safe and exciting, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and handled everything so smoothly that parents could truly relax and enjoy the party. All the kids had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments from other parents. Thank you for making our child’s birthday so special and memorable..Highly recommend Just Kidding Play Centre for birthday parties.

REVIEW UPDATE: I recommend having your party at the place. My review went from 2 stars to 4 stars. I wish I could give this place 5, but there’s just one caveat. Overall the place is CLEAN, my guests even mentioned multiple times how clean it was for an indoor playground. They cleaned around a few times while we were there, so that’s a huge bonus. They were OUTSTANDING with helping getting everything organized and cleaned afterwards. They even watched my daughter while I was finishing the decor with them. Pizza arrived on time, the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. They asked me multiple times if I needed help with anything and were super efficient. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars it’s because of the size of the room. We initially requested a 20 kids + 20 adults package and we had to upgrade it to 25 kids so we could merge 2 rooms. That’s the only way we could fit our guests (15 kids + 15 adults). They calculate the space and cutleries based on the amount of kids, so keep that in mind when renting it. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I would definitely book it again ☺️ ——————————————— Old review: So far, it’s a 2 star review since the party didn’t happen yet. The 2 star is for the staff lack of knowledge on the playground rules. I called to change my party to a private party and they asked me to change the time of my party to later in the day (5pm or 7pm) since 1pm is very busy. Then since I was concerned with the “very busy”, we all know that they have a small space and my party was supposed to accommodate 20 adults + 20 kids and the staff said they have no limit of people inside, then after I asked a couple more times they said they didn’t know if there was a limit. I was speechless and asked for someone to either call or email me with the details - nobody called me so far. So yeah, I’m very concerned about this party now. I couldn’t cancel it since all the invites were sent and now the nearest playgrounds are all full 😭 Hopefully I can change this review to a 5 star after my daughters birthday. Will report back here 👍

The staff here are very friendly. Plenty of seating space for adults to relax while the kids have fun. Not as big as most other playgrounds but just enough for a couple of hours. They have or party rooms. Able to purchase snack from their snack bar. They also include free wi-fi! The play area also has a small toddler area. We came in the morning when they first open so it wasn't too busy. Would definitely come back!

Was pretty disappointed with how unclean this space was. Specifically the infant area, the toys were covered in dust and dirt from other hands I presume, and none of the light up toys worked. Maybe better for older kids, but not the place for little ones.
