🧐😑😒 Our first experience was when our daughter was invited to a classmate’s birthday party here. We simply dropped her off, and of course she had fun with her friends — any kid would at a birthday party. After that she kept asking us to take her back again, so we decided to go as a family ourselves. That’s when we actually saw how this place operates, and honestly we were shocked. We had no idea about the pricing system before entering. Mandatory grip socks (about $7.50 after tax), then multiple separate charges for different activities inside — climbing costs extra, other attractions cost extra — and all of that for only a 2-hour session. What made it worse is that a big portion of those two hours is spent waiting in long lines. Our kids barely got to use some activities because of the queues. So you are paying a premium price while your children are mostly standing around watching others. By the time we realized how limited the access was and how quickly the time passes, it was too late to leave. We were already inside with our kids and couldn’t just walk out and disappoint them, so we stayed — but we definitely regretted it. The facility itself is quite average and does not justify the cost at all. The short time limit, the separate fees, and the long waits make the value extremely poor. It feels designed more to maximize turnover than to provide a good family experience. Unfortunately, that visit became our last one. We will not be returning, and we would not recommend it to other families.😵‍💫

Great fun indoor play experience for the kids! This location felt smaller than the other locations but it was well layed out. Climbing section is at the front, arcades in the middle and trampolines in the back and side. sandwiched inbetween are the private party rooms that are nice a spacious. Recommended.

Just celebrated my son's 5th birthday here and it was a blast. Nikki was our host and she was wonderful. Place was clean games where fun our party room was accommodating to our party group size (large) pizza was hot and fresh. All around great party. Thank you

We had a great experience at Air Riderz Aurora. It’s a really nice and fun place for kids. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The environment was clean, organized, and had a very positive and family friendly vibe. It wasn’t overly crowded, so the kids could actually enjoy the games without feeling rushed. The prices were reasonable and fair, especially considering the facilities and activities they offer. You definitely get good value for what you pay. We’ve been to Sky Zone several times before, and honestly, Air Riderz provided a better overall experience. One big plus is that they don’t require a membership and don’t overcharge you for a single visit, which unfortunately happens quite often at Sky Zone if you’re not careful. For us, that made a huge difference. Overall, we were very satisfied and would absolutely recommend Air Riderz Aurora to other families looking for a fun, clean, and fairly priced place for kids.

We recently had a birthday party here and chose the glow-in-the-dark package. The kids had a blast jumping under the black lights. The staff were super helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience stress-free.
