Was gifted a mommy and me spa package and it was absolutely amazing. I think my daughter said "mommy I'm having so much fun" about 15+ times lol from the moment we walked in we were greeted with slippers, robes, fancy drinks and cupcakes. Our hostess was such a sweetheart and engaged my daughter (3 years old) the whole time. She was very accommodating.. keeping up my my daughters ever changing mind lol we did mani-pedis, face masks and made beautiful charm bracelets. The space was beautiful, clean, bright and relaxing. We will definitely be back and are looking into birthday packages :)

We booked Sugar and Spice for our daughter’s 6th birthday party and it was incredible! The staff was phenomenal and so great with my daughter and all her friends! They took their time and had patience with each and every child, which was so appreciative. They even went above and beyond to make sure all the parents who joined were comfortable! Would highly recommend for a child’s birthday party! Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the makeup, hair, manicures, pedicures and goodie bags for all the kids to take home was so great! As a busy working parent, this was one venue who made it so simple to plan a party, every detail was managed by the staff, I literally just showed up! Will definitely be making a visit again soon! Thank you again for making our daughter’s birthday so fantastic! It was everything she dreamed of and more!

Today I went for the Mommy and Me spa experience with my step-daughter. I was very disappointed in this place. They advertise mani & pedis in their website for this particular booking. It was far from having one. It was a teenage girl, not a licensed esthetician. She barely knew what she was doing, missed parts of my nails altogether. The manicure was also not a manicure. Just painting of my step-daughter’s nails. The UV lights used were dirty and covered with nail polish, as was the table used for the manicure. The place had a dirty feel to it. The facial was applied to only parts of our face, and they did not use real cucumbers. We were rushed as to the amount of time the facial lasted. She stepped out of the room to get towels and immediately wanted to wipe it off. We were booked for an hour and were done in about 35 minutes total. The making of the tote bags was ok. We were allowed 5 tiny charms each. For the price, which totaled $165 dollars, it was money not well spent. I could have gone to the dollar store and spent $20 and done the same thing at home. Next time, I will be booking at a real spa. This place comes off as a cute concept that has no follow through.

My daughter is four and absolutely cherished getting to go the spa! The thoughtful touches like the satin robe, pink lemonade and mini cupcake really took it over the top! There’s lots of little merchandise and it’s truly reasonably priced which is just the cherry on top. Spa time is now her favourite gift to receive!
