FUNVILLA is the Best! My kids absolutely love FUNVILLA , and so do I! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The staff is always shows busy in cleaning and maintaining standards. It’s the perfect place for kids to play while parents relax, knowing they’re safe. They have toddler zone as-well for small kids. The locked exit doors give me peace of mind, and the open layout makes it easy to watch them while they have fun. The play structures and slides keep them entertained for hours, and the place is always clean and well-organized. It’s our go-to spot for family fun—highly recommend!

I've been here over 20 times and also celebrated two birthdays here when it first opened. The entrance fee was $11. It was great for me and my kids, but each time I started to get more and more disappointed. About six months ago I ordered a hot combo and waited about 30 minutes. My kid had to wait to explain why it took so long. They explained it by saying that I was the first one to order food today. There were also minor mistakes by the young staff but it's not critical, but today I was already very disappointed, This was probably my last visit, when I came they said that my account had expired, very strange but I was here literally 10 days ago they sent me back to register again when I did it the computer froze the second computer didn't work there was only one left and there was a queue for one computer, when I registered I went up again I paid and already tried to leave another manager maybe of Indian nationality (sorry for the nationality I just didn't remember his name) started saying that I should also pay for my wife if my wife also goes with us, I said how does it work if last week and all other times I was also with my wife and paid only for myself to go in with the children, I also said if my wife stays in the car and waits for us then I can go in with the children paying only for myself, they said yes, well after explaining I also paid for my wife, trying to go inside the person who opened the door almost hit my younger child if I didn't react and stop the door, I told him to be careful he looked at me as if he didn't understand what was happening, as a result I spent about 25-30 minutes at the reception to go inside, when I was inside I noticed that not all the stickers were missing my wife didn't get a sticker I went back to the reception to ask where my wife's other sticker was, here I was completely disappointed and said that I would give them a review. I also noticed that it gets dirtier every time. There is a very long queue at the reception especially on Saturday and Sunday. It is also very crowded with people and children. The place itself is not bad but they need to work on the service and cleaning. thank you

Did my daughter's birthday party here today. Mikaela(I hope that is spelt correct) the hostess was fantastic. She ensured the whole thing went smoothly and topped up the supplies without having to seek her out. Super friendly and accommodating overall👍👍👍👍 the facilities were great and we barely saw the kids as they were having soo much fun.

Good, clean. NEED to have a gender neutral bathroom for parents and children. For example, son needs to go #2 but doesn't want to use the women's washroom YET has come with mommy. Now mommy needs to go into men's washroom to wipe. Think about it FunVILLA. Staff was super friendly and chill. Fun place with lots of cool things to experience.
