Balloons Bash

They were very professional to deal with, but the execution and final product was lacking. They arrived later than they initially said they would, and kept the colours in the arch together rather than intermingle them as per the images on their website. The pops of navy blue were to be disbursed throughout as were the other colours, but they didnt do that and asked if they could just put them on the ground. They may say that I approved the arch but I already paid for it, needed the balloon arch done, and it was getting late already so I was agreeable. It felt very rushed watching them do the arch, and I could see that they did not have the eye or skills for design. They may have stock photos on their website so be careful. I also thought I was dealing with one set of owners, but found out on the day of that a different person owned the business. I do not recommend, although they were nice people. You will be disappointed with the final product. Photo attached- see for yourself. PS the lighted 50 was very dirty and they were wiping it down in the banquet hall. We weren't sure if the dirt that was tracked into the hall was from the 50, their shoes or both.

Horrible experience with this company. Not only were they late for my daughter's shower, they then had no one who knew how to set it up. Colour and design were not what we asked for. Company refused to return any of are calls or emails. Before booking this company, please read review on yelp (which seem more accurate then the ones posted here). Don't trust this company with an important life event.

Amazing experience. From first point of contact until completion of the event everything was handled extremely professionally. The quality of the product was beautiful. We used it at a trade show, we had the best display by far! Will definitely be using Balloon Bash again!

I used Balloon Bash for a corporate event and they did a fabulous job!!! Super easy to work with, good pricing, and came to the office to set up the balloon arch in record timing. Highly recommend this service.

0/5 stars. I regret to inform you that your balloon delivery service was an absolute disaster. I ordered $400 worth of balloons for my bridal shower, scheduled for 9:30 AM. They showed up at 11:40 AM, well after my party had started at 11:00 AM. When we called to ask where they were, we were told they had forgotten and were "lucky they showed up." Really? To add insult to injury, the balloons looked like a raccoon and a duck had a party themselves and then tried to assemble them while hungover. The quality was so bad that even a kindergartener with a balloon phobia could have done a better job. This experience was a complete embarrassment and ruined the start of my special day. Do not order from this place who should rename themselves to balloons trash. When I took this matter to the manager, we were told that we were lucky That we even got the balloons in the first place, and they refuse to answer any more of our calls and emails. Next time we will have better luck with the raccoon and duck.
